It's that time again....time to figure out what we are going to have for dinner this week. I must say I rocked the dinners last week. I didn't do them in order as originally planned, BUT I made 2 out of the planned 3 and really liked both of them. That is huge for me.
Monday -- Sweet and Sour Chicken (this was the one I didn't do last week)
Tuesday -- leftovers
Wednesday -- Beef and potatoes in the Crock-Pot
Thursday -- leftovers
Friday -- Taco Soup
Saturday -- leftovers
Sunday -- Who Knows....that seems just so far away?!
