Tuesday -- PF Chang's Mongolian Beef with rice and broccoli
We had this last week and it was FABULOUS! There was lots of extra sauce. I saved it for this week, making a really fast and easy meal.
Wednesday -- One Pot Rice and Beans
Thursday -- Taco Soup
I use a recipe similar to this one.
Friday -- leftovers
Saturday -- Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Sunday -- Pancakes
