Menu Monday

Sometimes it blows me away how fast Monday comes back around. Here we go again....another week of meal planning:

Meatless Monday -- Lemon Garlic Spaghetti

Tuesday -- Baked Halibut and rice

Wednesday -- Homemade Hamburger Helper

Thursday -- leftovers

Friday -- Melt in your Mouth Chicken

Saturday -- leftovers

Sunday -- Raid the 'Frig Night

I need to make some bread/bread sticks with our new bread machine, too this week. Mmmmm!

Made this for dinner tonight. We didn't care for it.
It might be better if it was more crunchy. Although, I thought it said to cook for 30 min. instead of 45 min. However, I had one piece of chicken that was thick and not done so put it back in the oven and it didn't get any crunchier. Let me know how you like it. My niece was making it for dinner too.

So I made the chicken last night. It was just kind of ok. I upped the temp to 400 and cooked them about 35 mins. They did get brown on top but that stuff just slides off if you touch it. I think it's meant to be for skin on chicken.I didn't feel like it was any more tender than cooking chicken any other way!
