Monday -- Five Cheese Penne revised from a Barefoot Contessa cookbook. I mean really, really revised. I am participating in the New Favorite Challenge over at Sweet Anna's blog. **This was so good! I'll post my revised recipe soon.
Tuesday -- Bake Potatoes and broccoli.
Wednesday -- Acapulco Delight (a taco like casserole)
Thursday -- leftovers
Friday and Saturday -- I am out-of-town for a my 4th annual scrapbook retreat!! Kenny said he can manage dinners on his own.
Sunday -- I'll be home late afternoon...so something quick and easy....Taco Soup
