Monday -- Sweet and Sour Chicken (I use to do this from a kit. Kenny loved it! This time I am going to try it from scratch)
Tuesday -- leftovers
Wednesday -- Salmon and broccoli
Thursday -- leftovers
Friday -- Steak and ranch potatoes (this was on the menu a few weeks back, but I never made it)
Saturday -- leftovers
Sunday -- dinner surprise
