Monday -- Gooey Enchiladas
Tuesday -- leftovers (Mema comes to visit!!!)
Wednesday -- Chicken Enchilada Soup in the crock pot (thanks Joy for the new recipe!)
Thursday -- leftovers
Friday -- Acapulco Delight
Saturday -- leftovers
Sunday -- Pizza and salad night
